Homeowner calls for your trade

Complaintjane Floor Coating is a referral service. Homeowners come to us wanting a garage or concrete floor coated. We pass those requests to independent providers in our network. This page is for contractors who want to receive them.

This is not a job posting. We do not hire employees here. You run your own business and keep your own crew.

Who fits

We look for providers who work on residential floors. That can include:

• Epoxy garage floors
• Polyaspartic floor coating
• Concrete coating and custom floor finishes
• Related work, such as hardwood flooring installation

You should be able to serve homeowners in or near San Jose.

What we expect

• Read the slab first. Inspect and test before you quote.
• Explain prep and moisture checks in simple words.
• Give written quotes with a clear scope.
• Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires, and be ready to show them to homeowners.
• Be honest about timing. Do not promise what you cannot deliver.
• Treat callers politely, even when they decide not to hire.

What we do not do

We do not do your work, set your prices or promise a set number of calls. Referral volume varies with the season and the area.
